    That vilain didn't count from 23 to 26 tho, he said 23 seconds, 24 seconds, 20 seconds, 17 seconds. Which doesn't mean anything x)

      Only for major fuckups, like with that episode of Sansha Sanyou. There's no sense re-upoading/re-downloading 300-500 MB file when you can fix it with 10-30 KB patch.
